The reception area is approximately 4,000 square feet of artificial turf. Easily accommodating 150 guests.
The ceremony area spans approximately 6,000 square feet. Arrange the chairs in a curved or straight layout—your choice.
The cocktail area offers 3,000 square feet of space, giving your guests plenty of room to mingle and enjoy the moment.
Elegante Ranch's bar is located in the cocktail area. It is equipped with two large serving windows, a 7 cu Ft freezer chest, and plenty of room for all your evening drinks! Keep an eye for our 99 bottles of beer on the wall.
Our fun zone is great at entertaining the little ones, as well as the big kids at heart! With the giant Jenga table, corn hole, giant floor tic tac toe, and a rope ring toss game, you'll want the fun to never end!
Gather around the fire pit! Sit and relax in our wooden ranch chairs and enjoy the night. Included with every package is a wheelbarrow of firewood to last the whole night and a complimentary smore's station!

This 8 by 20 container has been transformed into a Hospitality Suite! Included are two lighted mirror vanities, seating area for family and friends and a private changing area.

Our in-house DJ will have your guest moving and grooving, playing the most current songs as well as the classics! DJ hasn't played your favorite song yet? Text it to our special number and will make sure it gets played.
No one will be thirsty during your event! Our bartenders will make sure to keep your guests HAPPY and felling GOOD!
Our professional and hospitable staff will make sure your event is running smooth and clean. Bussing of tables will be serviced throughout the event! But the best part is they will also take care of all the cleaning at the end of your event. All you and your guests need to do is pick up your personal items and go rest!

Our tables are 60 inch round white tables. Very sturdy and they comfortably seat 8 people each.
We carry white tablecloths that cover the table and reach the floor. To add color, you can choose from a variety of color overlay tablecloths we carry.
Give your guests comfortable and convenient seating with this white resin folding chair with vinyl seat.
For the events we install 3 canopies. Each one measuring 20 feet long by 40 feet wide. With a capacity of 80 guests each and a total of 240 guests within all 3.
This is an open-air venue, and the evenings can get a bit chilly. But we are ready! We'll make sure your guests are nice a toasty under the heat of our standing heaters.
Make your event elegant when we drape the canopies! Each canopy will be adorned with beautiful chandeliers making the inside light up!
Each table will be adorned with a floral arrangement of your choice. Choose from a variety of sizes, rose colors and arrangements!
Upgrade to this package which includes all your wedding floral needs! Bride's bouquet, groom's boutonnière, sweethearts table special floral arrangement, rose pedals for the flower girl, and flowers for the cake. All coming from our in-house florist, you're guaranteed the flower colors will all match.

Nothing makes a table setting fancier then a good set of glassware! Our staff will set a water goblet and a champagne flute per guest.
Quench your thirst with our drink station. Includes, lemonade, iced tea, and cups.
As an outside venue, evenings can be a bit cold. Warm up your guests with our coffee station. Includes fresh coffee, cups, lids, straws, napkins, regular and vanilla creamers, regular sugar and sweet N' low.
Our friendly staff will take care of opening and pouring your champagne and cider.
Our experienced team will take care of cutting the cake and setting the slices on a dessert station. Includes cake cutting, plates, forks and napkins.
Your guests will enjoy a formal and elegant plated dinner. Our chefs will carefully prepare guests meals while our servers take it to them at their table.
